Meghan Bean
   

 

Meghan Bean is a fifth year doctoral student in the Social Psychology program. She is primarily interested in examining the inter- and intra-personal behaviors related to the management of intersecting social identities. Her research interests include the affective consequences of managing a stigmatized identity and the effects of race on perceptions of uniformed authority figures. Her dissertation is examining gender differences in intergroup behavior. Meghan graduated from Tufts University in 2006 with a BS in psychology and a minor in Italian.
