Ryan is a 4th year graduate student working with Galen Bodenhausen and Jenn Richeson. His research uses an intersectional framework to look at all stages of the stereotyping process from category selection and activation to attitudes and behavior. His other interests are looking at contextual factors impact the evaluation and selection of leaders in politics and social movements.
